The firm was founded (originally named Scott Yung LLP from 2001 to 2012) when

Andrew Yung and John Scott left the Dallas office of Susman Godfrey LLP.  In 2012,

the firm was renamed Yung Keithly LLP.

$200,000,000 in settlements for clients.  Our attorneys have also earned 21 settlements

on behalf of plaintiffs of $1,000,000, or more.
