Andrew Yung

Mr. Yung trained for a year as a judicial law clerk in the Eastern District of Texas (Beaumont 1995-1996), and clerked during his time at Harvard Law School both at the Department of Justice (Washington D.C. 1993) and the United States Attorney's Office (Boston 1994).  Mr. Yung was a national recipient of the Harry S. Truman Scholarship in 1992.

Mr. Yung served as the previous Chair (two terms) of the Committee on Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition, State Bar of Texas Intellectual Property Section.  He has been a speaker for the Advanced Intellectual Property Law Conference (Austin 2013) and is a published author on encryption (1997) as well as stock option backdating (2008).
